I got my complain register using the toll free number [protected]. I got reply that it would be attended within 72 hours. I waited for 5-6 days. Then I called the same number, then I got response that your complain has been cancelled. They again registered the complaint then technician visited for continuously for two days but the geyser is still not resolved by visiting two consecutive days.
I request Kenstar to send the skilled technicians. They seems untrained to resolve the issue quickly.
