I have complained regarding my water geyser is not working from past 5 days and even after complain no action have been taken care of.
Today one customer representative called he will come for inspection but only for inspection. I am asking after wating for a weak he is coming for inspection only. I need my geyser to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
It is very unfortunate and very irresponsibility towards complaints.
In all i want it to be resolved as soon as possible.
The representative told the components are not available, and when ever it will be available will change it.
Why so late in replacing and availability of hardware components. It is very bad policy of maintenance, once the things are being sold.
