[Resolved]  Kenstar — Kenstar slimline super cooler not served during warranty period

My cooler was under warranty period when I raised 2 primary complaints.
1. Cooler fan does not run most of the time.
2. Water level indicator was not working at all.

Both the requests were serviced separately, but to re-occur again within a span of 20 days. On raising a complaint again, the service guy after repeated calls and reminders, came after 15 days. However, the issues still persists. The service code has not been shared, but seems the ticket is closed.

And now, the product is no more under warranty. Is this warranty support the company provides?
