[Resolved]  Kenstar — Kenstar steam iron (swift) not working from beginning

We purchase one kenstar swift steam iron in last year at the time of Dipawali. Steam iron bottom surface is catching cloth and donot work properly. We complaint dealer, but solution is not provided . Please replace this product.

I had purchase A cooler through dealer (bill attached)but I faced some problem like Properly not cooling, vibrating and creat some abnormal noise.
So I request to attend the problem & resolve the issue urgently.
