[Resolved] Kenstar — kenstar water heater | |||
I had registered a complaint on my Kenstar water heater regarding leaking on End of May 2017. The product is under warranty. Still issue is not resolved. And the customer care is not acting an d supporting its customers too. Three weeks back they took my unit from my appartment too for rectification. I haven't yet got my product rectified and getting poor response from service side of Kenstar too.They not lifting phone too Very sad the way Kenstar is treating it's customer.
