Kenstar Microwave — Defective product and worst Service

I have purchase the Kenstar microwave(Model No - Kenstar KJ23CSL4) on 5th Jan 2013, but in last 9 months this is a 2nd time Microwave have stopped working. I am not at all happy with the product and the quality of servicing, this is disgusting, I think I have wasted my money on Kenstar. This is a manufacturing defect and Kenstar should replace the product. I have also register the complaint in Feb 2013 and again on 25th Oct 2013 through there customer care No. (Complaint no. JAI[protected]) but we have not yet received any solution. we have tried to approach the customer care more then 5-6 times but not getting the proper revert.
