[Resolved] Kenstar — More than 3 months delay for service
The kenstar make grill maker product given for service to the authorized service centre "tekcare india pvt. Ltd." at vadapalani-chennai on[protected]. The product is not returned back even after three (3) months time, by saying the spares are not received from the company.
I do follow up on every week from 2nd week of service booking, but i getting the same message spares not received.
Kindly help me out, to get the product serviced or new replacement.

After several follow ups, got the replacement in 2nd year.
