Kenstar — Motor Fault in brand new Kenstar Cooler | |||||
Hi, I have purchased a Kenstar Slimline Super on 14/03/2107 from Retailer and on 08/04/2017 it has stopped working i called customer care and informed the same and technician came to my house and after checking he said there is a motor fault and need to replace the motor, so i want to know how is it possible to a fault in motor in brand new cooler. And now I won't allow to change the motor as it's a brand new cooler and i want a replacement as a new cooler orelse i will carry the cooler and will keep at the shop from where I purchased it and will publish it on a social network and will also complaint at Consumer Forum as my brother is an Advocate in Consumer Forum, so let me know about this.
