Kenstar — Service engineer fails to visit in spite of reminders to customer care | |||||
This is regarding the kenstar air cooler we bought on 19 the april... From a dealer in sadar bazaar delhi cantt... Since then we r facing a problem... The water from the sides is falling on the fan causing not only the damage to fan but also increase noise... I asked the customer care to send for service engineer to do the needful... But all in vain... It is requested to kindly acknowledge my complaint n send a service engineer before the cooler packs up... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Purchased kenstar aircooler icecool from local dealer in secunderabad on[protected].It stopped working on[protected], due to failure of pcb & motor.ref.no.[protected].Despite repeated telephone calls, the cooler has not been repaired till now. The cooler has manufacturing defects and the spares are not available.
