Kenstar — unable to provide service during warranty period.

Hi,
I have purchased kenstar cooler in dec17. However not used but when opened that product i found water rotating motor is faulty hence raised many complaints and calls but didn't get service.

Kenstar cooler service is third class.. I suggest not to buy this product..

I have escalated complaints to each one starting from shop to company but i didn't got any service..

Help me please.
