On nov 8th 2017 i have raised a request reference no: pat[protected] with a complain of leakage issue in my water heater. When the technician came he tld it will take one week to order the required part and instead of 1 week the faulty parts was replaced on 23rd nov 2017.
After this on dec 3rd 2017 i faced issue i afced another issue of led light not working reference no: pat[protected] again the technician came and fixed the same.
On dec 9th 2017 i again faced issue with the water heater as it stops heating the water after some time reference no: pat [protected] the technician came and said there is an issue of thermostat which will require 1 week for getting replaced.
I waited till 25th dec 2017 and during this time period the service was closed from your side despite of the fact that my issue was not resolved. I called the customer care and reopened the complaint again. And after that a technician from your side came and replaced the thermostat.
By the night of the same day i started facing the same issue and again i called up and raised a complaint reference no: pat[protected] and also called on the number [protected] svc point number and talked about my issue.
After four to five hours of troubleshooting with the technician he came to a conclusion that after the water heater thermostat gets switched off it is not switching on automatically and then he said that it will be replaced within one week.
Again this request was also resolved despite of the fact that my issue was not resolved.
I raise a new request for the same again on 9th jan 2017 reference no: pat [protected] as the technician told me to raise a new request in order to get the thermostat replacement.
From then till now i am still facing the issue. I am totally frustrated with this and tired of the register a complaint game.
If you are not able to fix it tell me where to get help from or please replace the whatever # you have manufactured
Troubleshooting of this issue is your responsibility.
If you cannot fulfill your responsibilities you should not provide customer services.
I request you to help me resolve this issue asap.
Your irresponsible nature is causing a bad word of mouth for your products.
If this request is not sorted out then be prepared for the consumer complaint forums where i am going to complaint regarding the same.
