Kenstar — water heater storage 15 ltr

Hi, i bought the kenstar water heater 15 ltr in july'17 and in sep'18 it has stopped working. As such i got the 6 years warranty from company but having tried number of times customer care number nobody is coming to check the product it clearly show how irresponsible kenstar management i have escalated upto area manager as well.

Very disappointed service from kenstar so never buy anything of this brand.
