[Resolved] Kent RO — faulty product does not dispense water | |||
Hello, This is tajinder singh wasir and have purchased a kent purifier from reliance digital approximately 2 months ago. Recently the purifier have stopped working completely. When i called kent toll free no. I was advised to contact the dealer to get the issue addressed. Then i contacted reliance digital customer service and registered my complain and without even any technician visiting my place and checking the purifier closed the complain. When contacted resq team of reliance they said the candle of the purifier are choked and it has to be replaced. I dont understand how come they assumed or came to a conclusion without even checking the purifier. Now this gentleman by the name shrikant from resq team mention sir warranty mein candle replace nahin hoti. Howcome the candles of the purifier got clogged within 2 months.. My question here is why should a consumer suffer because of the miscordination between dealer and manufacturer or supplier or whatever. Kent is a brand and this has completely shattered my trust in the brand. Kindly look into the matter and address this issue. Revert if you need any info Was this information helpful? | |||
