[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro agency refusing the service even though it is in warranty

Hi,

My kent ro stopped working. Since it is in warranty so i asked dealer to check it. But he is constantly avoiding my request and not checking it. Everytime i call him he makes new excuse like, all my technicians are not at shop, it is too much traffic on the road. It seems i am trapped. Please help me.
