[Resolved] Kent RO — Not providing routine service | |
I have booked routine service 4 time but till now no one visited. I have purchased kent super star ro purifier from reliance digital on 11.08.2020. the same was installed on 17.08.2020. the product was having 1+3 years of free service. 1st year was provided by reliance without any glitch. But the same was expired on 16.08.2021. now kent is responsible for remaining 3 years. Am ready to pay for the parts but when am eligible for free service they are demanding money and are canceling all my requests as I have rejected their money demand. They are speaking rudely and harshly with family ladies. I am going for legal course of action
