Dear sir,
From the vary first day the purifier has problem if leakage and i had complain so many times and now your engineer is replacing the sensor with old and used sensor part, i want the replacement of my purifier as it has manufacturing defect. I am attaching herewith the snap and video of your old sensor which the engineer brings. If i dont get the resolution as soon as possible i will go to the consumer court. I hope you will understand my irritation.

Updated by rafsdream Kon bola aapko ki complain resolve ho gya hai. Abhi tak aapka koi bhi technician nhi aaya hai . Or aap bol rhe hai complain resolve ho gya hai. Verry disappointing. Still lekage problem exist.
