Dear Sir / Madam, Kindly for your information i've purchase New Kent Ultra UV Water Purifier - X000NJ4VVP (Machine Serial No. - KR[protected]) Model Name - Kent Ultra, Model No. 11012 purchase through AMAZON (Invoice Number : BOM[protected] Dated 4th Apr., 2017. According company rules new product installation totally free of cost so, amazon given to me via mail kent customer care number regarding installation issue. So, i'll touch kent customer care for installation and they are vows service engineer will/definitely attend in my house within 24-48 hrs.But, when their recognized technician touch with me via phone regarding new water purifier installation, they will force me to purchase another filter/cartridge (price range 950/- to 1500/-) for new installation which unnecessary part of the new installation so, when i reluctant to purchase it, they will threat me via telephone to find out unauthorized technician with extra my pocket money regarding particular product installation. Please resolve this issue early, without purifier water daily life very harsh to my whole family members. I'm old age people and suffer different kind of disease.
