Ear Sir, With deep regrets I wish to inform you that I had purchased kent at Kolkata invoice no 5609 dt 21.02.15.The equipment is under warranty only one free service has been availed from m/s Unique service centre. On 21st night at 10.30 pm it started giving alarms.On 22nd morning at 8pm I gave message to service on [protected] and [protected] as no response when called .At 10 am the same day I lodged a complaint, where they said they had a busy schedule and would attend today.At 2.30 and 5.15 pm I reminded them again telephonically at[protected] telling them I would raise the issue with kent and at consumer forum. They came at 5.30pm and said filter is clogged and will be charged at Rs 500/. If this the fate at warranty then god knows what will happen after warranty.I wish to take up the issue at higher authority in case I am not satisfied at this level.I found eureka forbes a better service oriented company who give's satisfaction to the consumer.The service person availed my phone to call up his senior as he did not have phone balance.Is it a professional approach?.i have spent Rs 18, 500/ and feel real unhappy about the decision.
