I have made online payment for bill on 21/04/2022, Thursday through KSEB website with upi method, the upi transaction is successful and the money got deducted from bank, but the bill payment was not successful. My account at KSEB website is not showing as bill is paid. I didn't get refund even after 5 days. No reply from KSEB when I tried to contact them. Please credit that amount back to my bank account or make the bill paid.
