Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Excess billing Huge amount

I received a bill no.[protected] from kseb dated 9/6/2020 amounting to Rs 2195/-.

My average billing is rs 850/- for 2 months. Kseb can check my last 10 bills what is my average usage. I dont understand how this bill has tripled up. I dont have any pending bill. Until this month calculated same reading from february 2020. Also i payed bill of february: 899, April: 834 and now the new bill with 2195.

The extra charges on this bill:
Fixed charges: Rs 140
Fuel surcharge: Rs 26.69
Dl adj: Rs 718

I am NRI During this lockdown i am stucked in home also. I dont have salary for almost 4 months and something like this gives us a shock... What will i do with these bill? How can i pay?
Please consider these request to cancel and re calculate the bill.
