Kseb should be helping people not abusing them. We are not asking anything for free. We have the right to demand the services that we pay for. The kseb office in mannanthala, trivandrum is a best example for the bad services. They keep the line busy when the power goes out and we won't be able to reach them unless the power comes back on andthis may take hours. Really why is the government paying them if they can't answer the customers the common people. Kseb's tv ads shows that, inform u if we see any accident. And won't the results be fatal if the officers sitting under there ceiling fans remove the landphones receiver and relax. We live in democratic country, we have the right to know. We have the right to ask for the services we pay. I am humbly asking the higher attorities to take necessary actions against the kseb workers who don't do there work and make kseb a user friendly and well functional place people trust.
