Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Low voltage

I don't receive the standardised 220-230v range for domestic use. The voltage at peak hours is so low that equipments with low-voltage cut off facilities have started shutting down. This is very much harmful for all other equipment of the stipulated voltage rating is not provided, for which KSEB won't take responsibilities. I've learnt that many of the community members have already complained this to the board, but no action was taken till now. It so appears that in its agenda to become completely electrified, it spurtuously issues new connections without taking steps to support the adding loads.
High Power equipments like pump sets, web switched on affects all other equipment including the lights, all of which drops is performance visibly.
