Online payment failure Sir, I had made online payment of kseb bill (Bill no.[protected]Consumer no.[protected] on 12th june 2017 for a sum of rs.1, 696.00/- (Transaction number: igablpogg4). The amount got debited from my sbi account. But i did not get a receipt/acknowledgement from kseb site. Transactionstatus fail. i kindly request you to the amount paid by me back to my account.
