Dear sir/madam I recently payed my kseb bill through tech process payment on 03/08/2018, the online bank translation deduct amount from my bank account(south indian bank pvt lmtd. ), the same time kseb online translation didnt show any update, it directly navigayed to home page.so please clarify the amount goes to where or refund to my bank?
