Most of the people are working from home after the covid19 issues. I am also one of them. Cutting the power and solving the line issues during the weekdays will affect me really bad. When i call the kseb office, they are even taking it seriously. As i am a software engineer, i can't work without electricity.

This is a ridiculous thing from the kseb people to cut the power during this time. They can do these kind of the work in the weekends if necessary.

I have made online payment for bill on 06/04/2020 through paytm upi, the money got deducted from bank, but the bill payment was successful in paytm and kseb in paytm app. My account at https://wss.kseb.in. is not showing as bill is paid. Its showing status as failedatwss Please credit that amount back to my bank account or make the bill paid
