18/05/2026 I made a UPI transaction of Rs 8784 for a new connection to the
Kerala Water Authority. But the first transaction was successful and an
error was shown without a receipt. Since I did not get a receipt, when I
checked the same application again, it showed that the amount debited from
the account would be returned in two or three days. When I showed it again
to pay the amount, since a receipt was required, the amount was
successfully made through UPI transaction and I got a receipt. But the
amount debited from my account on the same application number has not
returned to my account even after a week. Therefore, I request you to take
further action and take steps to refund the amount to my account.
