Kerala Water Authority — No regular water since August 2023, but, sending water bill regularly

No water supply since August 2023, we got water only few days. Section overseer Mr Jonoy, who is responsible for oduva water tank supply not attending phone, ([protected]), And [protected] stopped getting phone calls on that number. Complaint no 0479266 on 16.3.24. But no action. No one responsible. But, continuously sending bills, without water supply. Who is responsible.
