[Resolved]  KFC — amount deducted from my account but the order not placed

I went to kfc on 7th january with my friends. We ordered one ultimate bucket. I completed the payment through phonepay applications and the amount were deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed then i completed the payment by other ways. Then i contacted to phonepay helpline but they told that the amount were transferred to your respective account,, so according to this i want my cashback
