KFC — cancelled order refund issue

I had placed the order on kfc app as a guest checkout on[protected] as i was using the app for the first time on my iphone. Due to the air show 2019 at that time, kfc manyta tech park branch contacted me and cancelled the order saying they were not serving non-veg at that time. However, i haven't received a refund of 690.00 from them. I'm not able to get the information about the order, but i have the transaction sms for the same.
