KFC — Complaint regarding Refund

On 21st of november 2021 i made a payment for order online with kfc, i made the payment through paytm . The payment was deducted from my bank and the order was not confirmed . I contacted customer care and was advised to mail “kfc.[protected]@sapphorefoods.in” regarding the same . I am still waiting for my refund as whenever i try to contact the store they tell me to wait. I have attached the screenshot for the payment deducted from my paytm account.
Same day i made another order even though my first order was not confirmed and the payment was deducted, this time i choose to pay in cash to avoid any issues but ended up getting wrong order and paying more money, i have attached the images of order bill and the food item i received for the same, you can clearly see in the images the food that i order along with the oder number does not match with what i ordered. I hope i get my refund as this is very disappointing and unprofessional from the people working at kfc.
