KFC — Credit card payment done twice (online), order incomplete | |||||
I tried to order some food online on 23 July 2016 of INR1, 466. On the payment page I selected Credit Card and made the payment, using my Axis Bank Credit Card; payment was done but the order showed an Error. Paid again using my ICICI credit card, again my amount got paid, but another error. I checked my statements just to find that they have received their payments, but they didnt provide me with my order. I want the 2 refunds. Was this information helpful? | |||||
