KFC — Food not delivered for prepaid order. Need Refund

I have ordered KFC Wednesday bucket with popcorn on 26/04/2023 in KFC app at KFC elpro Pune. the order was placed successfully with prepaid. But after 3 hours I got message like it was delivered. But I haven't received anything, Because of this stupid service we haven't ate anything that night. I called KFC customer service they told me that I will get refund in 7 days. After 7 days I called again they told me same thing after 7 days you will get refund. But its been 2 weeks since no update. I am very frustrated. I need my money back with compensation.
