[Resolved] KFC India — 70 minutes for delivery

Hi - I ordered food at KFC (Hi, your Order No 5648 of amount Rs.502 has been dispatched and will be delivered shortly. KFC Delivery) and I got this message at 1607Hrs - Now as I am writing it is already 1712Hrs - My only question is why are you fooling the customers by saying 30minutes - And if it did take that much time why wasnt the same conveyed to me - I would have not ordered - Your call centre says that the store manager will call - But the shameless guy doesnt have the courtesy to even call up and update - This was the last ever order from KFC from our end - Also the person has just come and I have returned it
