Delivery location: electronic city

Issue: service & availability of food

Was trying to place an order for over 30 mins due to some server issues transaction failed multiple times!

Called up the customer care for assistance only to know that store was out of burgers at 2030 ist

Placed an order online & order was confirmed for delivery at 2055

Got a call from store about delay in delivery time due to unknown reasons!

Order delivered at 2110
Delivery person did not have the bill
Limited number of ketchup's - 10 sachets
Limited number of tissue papers - 9

Overall was not happy about the service or food!

Hope this seriously gets addressed!
