I went to the oberoi mall kfc today after placing my order, making payments and receiving the ordered i never got the bill from the cashier. The cashier started placing the next order. When i asked for my bill the person at the cash register didn't provide me with the bill because of some error (Which was told to me by the cashier). Then the manager came and tried printing my bill however after 15 min i got my bill. When i told him that as per the policy "if you don't get a bill your order is free" i should have gotten my order free so he started making up reasons but never gave me my order for free. If i would have walked our i wouldn't have got my bill i got my bill only after me asking. Which is wrong. If you have a certain policy stand by it or else take it down. They didn't even care about giving me my refund or free order.

Today, I visited VR Mall / Trillium Mall near Medical Square, Nagpur city. I ordered Popcorn chicken Biryani box whose amount was Rs.293/-. I paid the amount with credit card but they didn't provided me with a bill. As per kfc policy, if bill is not provided the order becomes free! But, here the staff and the restaurant manager weren't even bothered about it. When I told them about their policy that it should be free they ignored my statement. The restaurant manager said that you will receive an e-bill but I didn't. ALL I WANT TO SAY IS THAT IF YOU CAN'T STAND WITH YOUR POLICY THEN TAKE IT DOWN. PLEASE DON'T FOOL PEOPLE. So, I didn't get the bill and my amount was debited.
