Hi,
I am a regular customer of kfc. I used to go regularly to your magneto mall raipur outlet. Now i am facing a problem using a kfc gift card no.[protected], approx seven to eight months ago your sales executive insisted me to take a gift card. As a card holder i will get 15% discount on the bill amount i agreed and deposited rs. 2000/- and taken a gift card.
In that time your sales executive not told me about the validity of the card as well as no issue date and validity date is mentioned in the card itself. After that i used the gift card two times of rs. 800 and rs. 400 respectively in that time also they did not told me about the validity of the card.
Now in january when i went to eat they told me that your card is expired and your balance amount of rs. 800/- is lost. They told me now that the validity of the card is six months which is written on back side of the card in very small letters. I feel very insulted in front of my friends.
As a strong belief in a good brand like kfc i have taken a gift card. They should inform me about the validity of the card that time or the validity date should written on the card. This is truly miscommunication by the staff of kfc.
Please help me in this matter and resolve the issue otherwise i lost my faith in kfc.
