Dear KFC Support Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a very poor service experience with your KFC Velachery branch.
On[protected], I placed an order through the KFC app at 9:12 PM. The estimated delivery time was 9:57 PM. However, no one delivered the order, even after waiting until 11:20 PM.
Since the order did not arrive, I reported the issue through the KFC application. Today morning, one of your representatives contacted me and assured me that the issue would be resolved and that a refund would be processed. Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far, and the refund is still pending.
I am very disappointed because KFC is an international brand, and I expected reliable customer service. I tried calling customer support multiple times, but no one responded. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating.
I request you to kindly resolve this issue immediately and process my refund without any further delay.
