I have Order food in KFC on 18th July 2025, scheduled order for 17 Hrs on 18th, 2025. I have made 3 Orders at the same time, received only one order i. e. K[protected] as per the schedule but other 2 Orders K[protected], K[protected] were not delivered.

Refund for Non Delivery of order

Address: Omaxe World Street Sec 79 Greater Faridabad

I have ordered food from KFC Sector 79 World Street outlet in Faridabad on 09 July 2025 at 19:16 Hrs against Order No - K[protected] thru KFC App, but after ordering the delivery never comes.
None of the customer care phone is responding, No whatsapp messege is responding and no revert in email is provided means they are all gone after taking money.

I need the immediate refund of my amount of Rs.682.96.

Cheating with Wednesday offer

I ordered KFC through the app. The application showed a Wednesday offer: buy one, get one free for ₹299. So I placed the order. However, the Perumbavoor kfc restaurant gave me only one burger. They said they received only one item in the order. We argued with them several times, and their response was very rude.
Please advise what I need to do....

Food delivery never made for prepaid order, no refund and no apology

Address: Gurgaon, Haryana

I made online prepaid order at around 8PM on 25.06.2025 using KFC app. The order was confirmed and expected delivery time was 8.52PM.
However, the delivery time updated multiple times and last I checked was 12.52AM and then slept. But the items were never delivered.
I called KFC, Store and delivery agent but no response received. Further, no refund and no apologies from KFC.

Complaint regarding non-delivery and non-refund of order #k224b94660

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on May 21, 2025, with Order ID: K224B94660, from your KFC Bengaluru - Electronic City outlet.
Despite the order being marked as "Completed" at 7:55 PM, I did not receive the delivery at my address:

KFC Order Not Delivered Request for Full Refund

I placed an online order from the KFC Tilak Nagar outlet on 4th June 2025 via the KFC App. While I correctly entered my written delivery address as Tagore Garden, the KFC app automatically assigned the map location to Pacific Mall, which is incorrect and not my intended address.

KFC India Payment refund complaint

Money deducted but order not placed from the kfc app please help immediately

Hi,
we ordered food worth of rs.221.77 on 09.05.2025 and paid it via upi (phone pay) payment, the money was debited from my account, but due to some technical issue the payment was not showing in the application. we check once our order, app is showing us to pay again. we have call to help line number, they are not even responding to our call.
Please check and provide refund immediately.

I tried ordering via the KFC website and tried to pay via UPI . The money got debited but the order did not show up in the app nor came up with the restaurant.
So I tried re ordering but the same happened again . So my money got debited 2 times without any order confirmation.

    Placed an order with KFC on 23rd April 2025 at 09:15 pm and paid Rs.458.01 through transaction number TXN ID : FMPIB[protected].
    Payment was done to Yum Restaurant India Private Limited yumresta.[protected]@icici
    However order was not placed and no money was returned.

    Do not know what happened .

    Kindly help us in getting this cleared.

          Address: No 115 & 116, Shop G/9, Plot GH/1, Shahdara Sector 143 Noida - 201305

          I had ordered from KFC india app on 13th April 2025, 1:13 AM at the location of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
          The order # K699A28117 amounting Rs 619.23.

          This order was never delivered to me and the refund is not processed, the customer care is not picking up my call.

          I request the authorities to please look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution....
