I got a kfc coupon code from my time prime membership but the coupon code is not working...

Recently I ordered via KFC app for a pickup of popcorn chicken and large fries. I have already ordered food for pickup and I was well aware of the taste of the food I have ordered. Today, the fries was barely fried and it was like a boiled potato. The chicken popcorn was not cooked properly and it was very dry. I wasn't able to eat the food properly and I was very disappointed by the food quality....

I have orderdnon 24th dec around 6:12pm at kfc slect city walk when my money got deduced and the receipt i received was timeout nad order ia not placed. I have saved thw receipt and tried to get help but no help provided store manager blocked my number and kfc helpline no is no order was placed kindly viait atore for any help.

This is relally pathetic way to deal with users...

Paid at KFC counter, didn't get food nor refund.

Around 2 pm, 18 December 2023, I went to the KFC in nehru place metro station and ordered a 4 piece pack which costed 419rs after taxes and paid via paytm UPI. The payment was successful and instant from my side but they said that the machine in counter did not show they recieved it I waiting 10 mins but they still said no money recieved and then one of the girl at counter gave...

I tried placing order for smoky chicken 5 pcs thru kfc app on 12.12.2023 costing Rs 592/-.

The amount has been deducted but no confirmation was received for having placed the order. The transaction reflects transfer of Rs 592/- to Sapphire foods vide txn id[protected] thru Paytm.

I visited this place and ordered a tandoori chicken burger, As I visit this place with the same order, I was quiet surprise to see a big piece of onion in it. And also i bite few bones while eating as well. The staff also did not behave properly.

We visited KFC, CMR CENTRAL, MADDILAPALEM.VIZAG today and had a very bad experience with staff.
They took order and served less quality of food and also not able to serve french fries, which were included in the order. and they replaced it with another item. Chicken quality was also very bad and they served long time stored food.

Undercooked, raw, rotten meat, disgusting taste.

Took 1 bite and was nearly sick, the smell of the meat was off and got this confirmed by another customer who was with me at the time. They also tried the meat and said the same.
