I ordered 3 items against Order N. [protected] palce around 9 pm on 15.02.25. Order was to be picked at New Delhi KFC RBD CP2 Outer Circle.
Upon reaching the store at 9.30 pm, I was told that the order was not for that store and I was asked to go to another store situated in Delhi Pahargunj.

Not providing payment receipt and not serving drinks with lid.

I visited KFC in GVK mall Panjagutta. I ordered food and they didnot provide bill and also charged me GST. I had ordered combo with chicken + french fries + drink. The order was take away. Order never delivered and refund issue

Address: Bandlaguda, Hyderabad....... Plot No 10, Survey No 9/7, Hydershakote, Telangana 500091

I placed my order at 8:21 pm ist on 15th Jan and was supposed to receive the order at 9:08 pm ist, which I never received.

I called the helpline number, had to wait for 20 minutes and the call disconnected on me without even connecting to any support representative.

The Restaurant manager called me and informed that they haven't received any order from my end though I've received email and the app shows order...

Money deducted order not placed - kfc

Hi,
we ordered food worth of rs.562.42 on 11.12.2024, and paid it via upi (phone pay) payment, the money was debited from my account, but due to some technical issue the payment was not showing in the application. we check once our order, app is showing us to pay again. we have call to help line number, they are not even responding to our call.
Please check and provide refund immediately.

I placed an order from KFC app on 09/10/2024 at 8:34 pm. The order was confirmed and it showed as "order on the way". After an hour, it is showing the order in delivered section. But I did not receive the order at all. I tried calling the restaurant also the KFC customer care number. I was kept on hold and nobody responded. Order no - K765A35583.

    An order was placed by mistake at KFC delhi Dwarka sector 21, Food court, Pacific Mall, counter no. FCC/2F/02, Second Floor on 4th september 2024, which was immediately cancelled on call and on telephonic conversation it was conveyed that the money will be reverted at source. But till date i have not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

        My transaction was cancelled due to online payment issue by kfc Patna (Gandhi maidan branch ) although rupees 397 was debited from my bank account on 21st of July..
        The manager said they will refund it in few days but till date I haven't recieved my refund and they are not cooperating me..! Please take some legal actions on them as the entire team is very ill mannered specially the manager..!

            They are not providing food items as ordered. They keep it for self-use or say sorry if caught red handed. Latest incident happened with me wherein they did not take the correct order, charged me more and also not gave the respected items.

            I think the revision to the terms and conditions of service for the employees should be considered.

            When asked for the complaints book, a notebook was provided to write the experiences. I mean is this really how they work?

            I have attached their so-called complaint register with this thread.

              KFC not delivered

              My kfc order #k102k60846 is placed around 8:30 pm through the kfc app.. It ensure that food will deliver around 9:12 pm but it is not delivered until 11.. I contact 2 times kfc customer care number in between.. Around 11 :17 i received a message that due to unavoidable reasons the order is cancelled.. I ask to improve such scenario by inform me with in 30 minutes so i can make alternative arrangements.. Today i spoil my all dinner plan...

                  On 18th of May 2024, I have ordered food through KFC app (Please see attached order details below). The order took so long (almost 2 hours) still it is not delivered. I have visited KFC Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore branch for enquiry and they said there is some technical and human error issue. They said they will prepare the order and give it to me at that time. Which was not fair I have ordered for a home delivery, and they are providing me a takeaway without any prior information. Finally, the conversation ended with a promise of providing the full refund for the order and as well as the ordered items will be given to me at no cost. After that there is no response from the KFC regarding the refund. Kindly look into the issue and get this resolved.

                    I ordered from KFC app on 15th May 2024 at 7:45pm. I can't understand the status of my order as it shows your order is on the way in track order section but when I go to the order lookup it shows order completed at 8:27pm. When I try to contact the restaurant or even the KFC toll free number none of them were connecting.
