KFC India — Complaint regarding non-delivery and non-refund of order #k224b94660

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on May 21, 2025, with Order ID: K224B94660, from your KFC Bengaluru - Electronic City outlet.
Despite the order being marked as "Completed" at 7:55 PM, I did not receive the delivery at my address:
The payment of ₹693.44 was made, and the amount has been successfully debited from my account. However, I have neither received the order nor any refund for the same.
I have attempted to contact your customer service but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I request that you kindly look into this matter urgently and initiate a full refund at the earliest.
