I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on May 21, 2025, with Order ID: K224B94660, from your KFC Bengaluru - Electronic City outlet. Despite the order being marked as "Completed" at 7:55 PM, I did not receive the delivery at my address: The payment of ₹693.44 was made, and the amount has been successfully debited from my account. However, I have neither received the order nor any refund for the same. I have attempted to contact your customer service but have not received a satisfactory resolution. Hello,
This is a serious complaint regarding my recent order from KFC Pune via Swiggy on 12-Aug-2025 at 7:03 PM (Order ID: D15906 | Swiggy ID: [protected] | Check No: 959).

Both chicken leg pieces in the order were completely undercooked, with visible blood and raw meat inside. This is not just poor quality it is a clear food safety violation and a serious health hazard.

I am attaching photos of the undercooked chicken and the bill as proof.
I demand immediate action in the form of a full refund or replacement, along with an explanation of how such unsafe food was served.

Kindly confirm this complaint is being escalated and resolved at the earliest.
