KFC India — complaint regarding non satisfaction with the counter service and quality | |||||
Dear Executive, Today I have visited KFC store at Scindia House, Connought Place, New Delhi, with my two collegues. I want to mention herein that I was completely disappointed with service at the counter. Today being Wednesday, I requested them to tell the offers. However, counter attendants were unaware of the same. Secondly, when I asked them to tell the wallet payment offers, then they said that there is no such offer, but at the counter board was displayed wherein the offers via payment through Paytm and PhonePe were clearly stated. Further, when I tried payment through PhonePe, it was failed everytime I tried. It wasted around half an hour and finally I have to make payment through Credit Card. Moreover, the quality today was not good with the food being served was not fresh and hot. The Invoice no of the above said order is TI[protected] dated 23.05.2018 for an amount of Rs. 570/-. In view of the above situation, I request you to kindly update and improve the service at the counter of the said location and kindly refund me the entire order amount of Rs. 570/-.
