Problem/Issue: Credit Debit card does not work. What I get from staff is that the network provider didn't showed up. If debit/credit cards are not working in the area, how do you guys earn? I mean debit/credit cards are the basic mode of payment after cash and if someone shows up with a card instead of cash, you guys are simply going to say NO. This ain't customers fault that your debit/credit card payments does not word, you guys are multinational company. Make them work. PLEASE!
Last time I was out of cash and I am a regular customer at the address mentioned above and I had to limit my order to a single burger instead of meal for my whole family. Guess switching to McDonald's (it's 100 meters aways from the address mentioned above).
I could've written that on my blog for the same (techlinux.net) or tweeted but I didn't, because I am an old customer and loves KFC. But incidents like this are provoking me every now and then. Please do something about it. And most of the time, item I want is not there. I will surely note down the incident next time and let you guys know.
KFC is a big brand and should live by it's standards.
