HI I have placed an order in KFC for home delivery via phone on 16th January. I have a leaflet of KFC stating 15% off and after placing the order I told them that I have a leaflet which is having an offer of 15% and I can also view on the KFC website where it has been mentioned that you get 15% off on order of minimum Rs.350 on the same store for which I was ordering(Sector 63 Noida). The total of my order was 1697 but the person named (Vinod) refused and said this coupon was valid on Ala Kart. I asked him tell me the menu on which this coupon was valid. He told me you have asked for bucket and others on which this coupon is not valid. I cannot find the Ala Kart menu on KFC website as well. Need proper reason why the Discount was not valid on my food.

    Today i placed an order delivery in bangalore in old airport road outlet a lady called nihana took the order. nd my order was 2 burgers, 2 crunch chicken nd a popcorn chicken. nd asked abt the bill..she was totally confused abt the prices.nd told the amount was 409 including taxes. nd so i wantd confirm wth my parent as the price was ok enough for us nd again i called nd confirmed the order nd i repeated the same items she reduced the amount..wen i asked her y she said there is some discount...atlast wen the order came she forgot abt one item popcorn chicken nd it was not included in the bill as well. wen i again i called up she said i dint order anything like that..it is such a irresponsible answer anyone can give nd she dint have gud comunication skill as well so i could explain wat mistake she had done so i just kept phone angrily. pls for the god sake u people wrking in the restaurant be genuine nd accept mistakes openly nd avoid such things hereafter..also pls dnt employ such people.

      I had ordered Chicken Rizo Pepsi Meal dated 07Jan.2015 at KFC sector 63, noida. while eating Rizo Rice i found stone in it.i complaint to supervisor but he is not a position to give satisfied answer .he told me will call u back by senior . sofar i have not recived the call from anybody and i have photo of the foreign material (stone) also i have safely kept the rice with stone with me. i want serious action to be taken against the company and my self be compansated.         Hi, I am one of those KFC regulars who prefers your company compared to McDs & others. But yesterday, I had a forgettable experience. I had seen your one on one offer on Wednesdays & called your call-centre to place an order. This is my experience. 1. First I had some time explaining my address to executive. Post that I placed an order of 1 on 1 chicken zinger & then asked him about the price of 20% off on flaming crunch. He put me on wait for 5-10 mins & replied the system is hanged & I dont know the price. Being an offer specially, KFC should atleast have pamplets indicating the price to the call centre executives so that they dont put customers on wait & not tell the price. 2. Anyway I proceeded & asked him to place my order. He said delivery will take 30-45 mins. 3. After 45 mins I searched online & found the local andheri west shoppers stop outlet & called him[protected]/51) 4. At first he says they dont deliver to my area(vile parle east, Mumbai). Later on he said order on its way. 5. I waited again for 15 mins (Arnd 1 hr from time of placing order), then called store, he said there is no order in my name. He said he will speak to call centre & get back to me. 6. He called me & said there is no order in my name. 7. After 1hr & 15 mins, I call your call centre number again[protected] & asked him about my order. They keep me on hold for some time & reply order is not taken ... I spent 1hr 30 mins waiting for my order & then I had to go out & have dinner. This is one of the worst experience I have had across restaurants including local ones.Your competitors Domminos or McD have delivery time & even if its little late they sincerely apologise & waive off the entire bill. But your call centre executives were not at all co-operative & they said this won't happen when I order again. Will you after such an experience ever order from KFC ??????????????? Please let me know what is solution for this & how will you resolve such errors ?? And how will I be compensated for such a service & waste of my time. Thanks & Regards, Aditya Shetty [protected]

          Dear Sir I'm very sorry to inform that my credit card was charged Rs.880 instead of a invoice of Rs.440 made on date 04 January, 2015 at KFC Devyani International Limited, Ground floor, junction mall, city center, durgapur. The invoice number is [protected] order no. [protected] date: 4/1/15, staff: 31407 (purnima). Table no.4. The invoice as attached shows an amount of Rs.440 but my credit card was charged for Rs. 880. I request you to look into the matter urgently and refund the excess amount of Rs.440 in my credit card account otherwise I will be forced to take strict legal action in this regard. Also, take necessary action against the staff who has committed this mistake together with an apology letter from his side. Looking forward to an early reply.               Hello, today I went to KFC, DB City Mall, Bhopal ( M.P.) And I made my order, redeeming the 10x reward coupon but the guy at the counter said the coupon is not working and then he asked me choose another offer (WTH?) And then another guy came and tried several coupon codes from my phone and then he said the coupon says its already been used! So they used up my codes when they had my phone and now giving me crap. This is not okay, they think customers are fools. Proper action should be taken against them.

                We ordered KFC spice chicken on 20TH DECEMBER2014 from Mobile number.[protected].I would like to say that this has been the most worst service & experience from one of your KFC service worker named MR.Dheeraj. The chicken we recieved was extremely some sour and some sweet at most of the part(with way too much toppings) making it impossible to eat. We called MR.Dheeraj about the issue, he asked 2 mins for call back but there was no call back for past 30 minutes .We called KFC ourselves and asked about the status of the order .He asked us few details about left overs, We clearly told him that There are toppings of the skin remaining that is left which was impossible to eat at all.However he agreed to replace the order. After we received the replaced order, While eating, we got a call from Mr, Dheeraj again giving us threats that "we will blacklist your number and you will never able to get KFC chicken again because you have done with previous pieces of chicken".(Despite us leaving the upper skin, which contained excess masala which was impossible to eat and killed the joy).We then asked him to take back the replaced order but he arrogently argued with us and again threatened that we will not be able to give order again from KFC and he disconncted the call.I kindly request KFC to look into the matter and the unprofessional attitude of KFC customer service(Mr.Dheeraj) with their customer.It made us extremely dissapointed .                   On 19th Nov, I ordered online for KFC food items. it costs 470, the transaction was successful but when i went and asked for the food items, they said they have not got any information about booking and didn't provide me those food items. They said I will be refunded within 12 days, but it has been around 20 days since i booked but they did not refund me( I have provided the transaction number also). Please take the issue seriously and prove you are a genuine company. ( The store name is KFC L.B Nagar, Hyderabad).

                    We had visited the KFC outlet located at vytilla junction, Cochin at 10:45pm we were told the service was available but after 10 mins they come with the manager jins Jose saying its closed the entire staff was very rude and the manager had a attitude problem, was a fan of KFC but this experience has left a bad taste will never have KFC guess they don't teach customer service at Cochin outlets.

                      Dear Team, I visit KFC very frequently. Last Visit is on 28th Nov 2014 bill no is [protected]. This is a shocking experience i faced in one of your outlets located in OMR Chennai. My order amount was 882 along with vat and service tax bill came to 931 after providing the 20% discount coupon. On 882 20% off means they gave Rs.102.40 off, they calculated 14.5% VAT on 882 which is Rs.113.04 and Service tax of 4.944% on 882 which is RS 38.54 after all calculation it showed 931. The actual calculations should be as follows. 20% off on 882 should be Rs 176.4, 14.5% on 882 should be 127.89 and 4.944% on 882 should be 43.60608. After doing all sum my total bill should be 877.09608. I am awaiting for your response on this feedback at the earliest.

                            Dear Sir/Madam I had ordered "Dips bucket 8 pcs" today[protected] at around 5.28 pm and was told it will be delivered by 6.00pm approximately. I had made my friend to wait for the food to arrive, even though he was in a hurry to go. Finally even after 6.45 since the item was not delivered, i called KFC Bel road, Bangalore to find out...but they could only tell that the item was dispatched. I had to call the in-charge there and told him to cancel the order because of the delay and my friend's unhappy exit (after waiting for so long)..for which he was more than ready to do and he immediately cancelled the order. This is the first time i had such an experience and i felt very sad about it. I am a regular at KFC (because of my daughter), but this incident has left me with great dissatisfaction and i thought i will give a feedback for not letting these kind of things bring the repute and service of KFC to lower levels.                               Hi, I m a regular customer of kfc & I really love ur crispy chicken, but my last two visits was not so impressive first of all the pepsi I have ordered was totally blunt and when I have made a complain with ur manager the shocking answer he gave Sir isme thoda problem hua hai and he exchanged it with seven up but it was too tasting same, but my final concern is about ur crispy chicken, I m really a big fan of kfc chickens but sorry to say your avani mall sucks...                               Same thing happen here. Have ordered crispy chicken at KFC Avani mall branch. Bill no KFC00583075 dated[protected]. It was totally tasteless. Fried chicken in any other restaurant in town was much better in terms of taste & quality. Seems like food quality is getting degraded day by day in KFC. Will definitely not waste my money again on KFC.

                              two times money deduction

                              On 26-apr-2015, at kfc, oberoi mall i spent 412 but the kfc employee swipe the card two times so money deducted from my account two times... so please return my money ... time is around 2pm;

                                Went to KFC, Gold Souk, Kochi, India with a friend. He found a fingernail in the chicken. Complained to the staff. They offered a reorder or refund. But we couldn't take it. No one cared to apologise. This is what you get from the great MNCs . Feeling disgusting.Plz give us justice

                                  On 24 October I had visited KFC new EMPAIR shop and swap my credit card but bill not generated (Rs463/-).I had paid by cash.Afer few min later found sms from SBI credit card for deduction Rs463/- but KFC assured me that no deduction happened in future but now bank confirm they (KFC) claim the amount from bank.Then I visite the shop but no positive response get.Please resolve the issue.

                                  I have been receiving many promotional messages at odd hours. I earnestly request you to kindly stop sending them. I have also called many timed and have also written many times. But still i keep on receiving these messages.
                                  So please its a humble request stop sending me promotional messages. They are extremely irritating.

                                    Dear Team, I have visited KFC kalkaji branch on 13th Oct 2014 and order 3 burger and made the payment through my HDFC credit card but after swapping the card your representative told me unable to processed your payment due to machine is not working and order was cancelled. Now i have checked my statement i ahve charged Rs 261 which is swapped on 13th Oct 2014 on KFC kalkaji Branch. Request you to pls check and revert me on priority and also refund my amount which is wrongly charged to me.

                                      I am residing in Bangalore and recently I had a very bad experience with KFC, when I visited their outlet in Total Mall near Sarjapur Road. When I reached the counter after 15 mins standing in que, for almost 10 mins. no body turned up for my order. Still 5 people were in que behind me and the person who was handling the counter was doing something else. I think KFC don't assign jobs properly to employees. The person who was handling the counter was doing job of collecting orders and he was in the kitchen most of the time. When he came outside, I literally shouted at him for when he is going to take my order or I need to go back. Then he asked me for order and when I placed my order, he told me very patiently that the option which I preferred was not available with them. Immediately I got out of their outlet by controlling my anger and without saying a single word to this irresponsible person.

                                        I have ordered my meal from KFC Opulent Mall Ghaziabad on[protected]. I recieved my order at home which is different from the ordered one but it's just a beginning as when i opened by burgers I'm shocked that they are completely rotten. I am really disappointed with KFC team and I just want to escalate this issue as soon as possible.

                                        Served chicken while I ordered vegetarian

                                        I ordered vegetarian burger and veg straps in a drive in at kfc shilpakalavedica, Hyderabad. I got the package served with two chicken nuggets saying" your order sir" . When opened right there, shocked to see the packing. All I get is a sorry.lacdasical attitude. I want kfc out of India!!!I am vegetarian all my life and so my son.!Feelingterrible
