Dear sir,
I am sorry to say that my experiance at kfc is getting worse and worse..today inspite of knowing that you'll stop serving people or probably dont entertain people after sharp 11o'clock am(due to my past experiance),i tried to make it atleast 5 minutes before your closing and still was strictly not allowed to come inside by your shift manager MR.SAGAR(a fair,short and stout person). this is not the first time that this has happened to me by the same person.i politely asked him to allow us to enter so that we could take two crusher's as a take out which i would belive would'nt take too much of yor time!!..he was rude and arrogant and i felt very insulted by his behavior.infact i had to beg the security to please call him so i could talk to him while he was just a foot away and was ignoring me..i felt as if i was a burden to you'll..even another one of your staff member a cashier tried to convince him that it was ok to serve us but he was not ready to change his mind.and quickly after that he went to put the outside lights off.i dont really know if this is how KFC trains your staff to treat your customers like that especially after being a part of the hospitality industry,but i strongly think you'll seriously need to re think your methods!! coz from now on ill never enter KFC,and also ill be telling all my friends bout my bad experience and convince them to stop going there again!!..which wouldn be too hard!!

    To whom it may concern,



    I would like to complain about the KFC store on 2733 169th Street[protected].
    I was so disappointed that this store had no clean tables chicken bones all over the floor.
    When I decided to order they put the food on a tray and gave it to me. The tray was so dirty that I had to ask for a another one which was also dirty. What kind of store is this? very dirty, service was really bad.
    You must go an inspect this KFC
    Would please get back to me ASAP with your result on this matter

      if i go and complained with rgm(restorent general manager) he will tell that i will consider it. am very sorry to say that i did not receive
      first month salary also.
      i don't know where i should complaint it. could u help me out?

        I am complaining against KFC.

        There was a black worm inside my ZINGER BURGER!!!!!

        I am appalled and shocked about the non-existent hygiene standards of a international food chain,that are supposedly excellent.
        For the high prices of the food,one cant even expect a simple meal without vermin infestation?

        The disgusting standards of the restaurant are forcing me to file a complaint with the consumer forum, New Delhi. I will be advising everyone I know against the restaurant and warn them of the horrible food that I could have accidentally consumed.

        I also demand to be compensated.

        I have also given my feedback online and on the International website for KFC.

          Hi,

          Few days back i went to KFC,Cannought Place and I purchased some food to eat from there.
          I gave my Citi Bank debit card to them and the swapped it twice for the amount of Rs. 204.That means i purchsed item of Rs. 204 but they charged Rs.408.When I came to know that they charged twice on me I wen to them for return.They did something from their end and told me that after 15 to 20 days my money will be credited to my account directly.
          Now its more then 20 days when I found my money is not yet credited to my account I checked the bank statement and I found that when I wne back to them for money return they again deducted Rs. 204 from my account and added same amount on the same day.That means they made me fool on the day.

          Still I haven 't received my amount .

          Please Help!!!!!

          Dear Sir,
          I purchased a take away from KFC, Spencer Plaza, Chennai, (chk-3719;101015-Trainee1) on 24th July, 2010 at 16:12 and paid for four pieces of chicken and a pepsi.I noticed after I reaching my friend's home that I received only three pieces neatly cellotaped and a pepsi.I was very much disappointed on this.Kindly have a cross check in the shop.

          hi now a days when we visit kfc and order veggie snacker they said no. if we order sunday browinne they said no.
          this is happening from last two three months.
          can we have the right to know that why kfc is not able to provide this food.is it so that it is cheap and veg.or can we have all these two items back beacuse we r vegetarian and like these items verymuch.thank u.

            A WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT KFC CHICKEN BANDRA LINKING ROAD MUMBAI OUTLET. 1. NO QUE MANAGEMENT EVERYONE WAS HUNTING AND WE WERE STANDING IN QUE. SECONDLY THE ORDERED THINGS WERE NOT AVAILABLE 3. ANY OF THE 4 ADD ONS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND NOT PROVIDED. WHILE DINING AT FIRST FLOOR SOME SAND AND SMALL STONE PIECES WERE FALLING ON TABLE WHEN ASKED A BOU STATED THERE ARE RATS / MOUSE UPSTAIRS, CHANGED THE TABLE AND THE STONES STARTED FALLING ON NEXT TABLE ALSO WHEN ASKED WERE TOLD THAT CHAIRS ARE SHIFTED ON SECOND FLOOR SO STONES ARE FALLING DOWN WHEN ASK TO STOP IT THEY STARTED MISBEHAVING. CALLED THE MANAGER MR.ASHISH CAME AND KEPT QUITE WITH FEW WORDS OF SORRY AND APOLOGIZE AND ALL FOOD WERE FULL OF STONE PIECES AND SAND TILL THAT TIME. LEFT THE OUTLET WITH HUNGRY STOMACH. I SEEK AN EARLY INQUIRY AND IMMEDIATE ACTION ELSE CONSUMER RIGHTS MAY BE FORCED.

            No delivery even after 1.30 minutes

            Ordered for home delivery at 8.20 pm today. Talked to booking and feedback three times. Still not delivered till 10.10pm. Every time they committed delivery within 10 minutes. Horrible experience. Ordered placed from no.-[protected].

              My family visited kfc,murwillumbah this afternoon and was looking forward to a pleasant experience and instead we got bad service, terrible tasting food, and a filthy premises. I will never return to this take away again after todays experience. Upon arrival we decided to find somewhere to sit first before ordering food. We could not find a clean table in the whole place, by the way we were the only people in there at the time and it was 3 30 in the afternoon. After asking one of the unpleasant staff members to clean a table for us we ordered our food. The meals were of a very poor standard. My husband then took my 2 and 4 year old children to the bathroom to simply wash their hands and was disgusted with the unhygienic toilet and wash basin. The toilet was covered in faeces and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month. I understand its a busy take away, but I feel this is not acceptable for anyone to use and personally made me feel quite sick thinking my children had to use this bathroom. During our time within this take away I watched the duty manager which was a young girl around 20ish who walked around with the face of a dragon, no smile, no greeting, just looking at us like we were disturbing her day. What a poor representation for her employer. And finally, what troubled me the most was the fact that if this was our experience as a customer, what the hell is going on in the kitchen from where we just ate. I can only imagine what the hygiene was like in the kitchen and that again makes me feel sick and angry. I hope this reaches this store and the staff are given some training in customer service and hygiene standards, and the owner takes more of an interest in his buisness.

                I used to work at kfc in Huntscross for approx 5 years... I resigned for change of carear ,,I have my reference off head office stating this .
                I had an interview at Huyton kfc (Franchise ) Today ,, and had to do a t,m,r,i,. test .. i passed the test and was offered the job .. The manager of Huyton kfc , Lorraine rang up huntsx kfc as i was a ex team leader their ... the assistant manager Keith Sumner told the manager from Huyton .. I was dismissed which is a wrong fact and now it doesn't look like i have the job , this is out of order as it isn't true and is against the law ,

                  I Gayatri Nair an Indian citizen, i have visited one of the KFC restaurant on Indian Masjid Road, Kaula Lampur Malaysia (one near a Bata shoes shop)0n 12 th January 2010, the restaurant was not at all neat and service was also bad .I have visited many KFC restaurants across the world and this is the only one where i found the most unimpressive and untidy, on that day itself i have dropped a complaint on their complaint box where i have given all my contact number and other details till today i didn't get any response from any of the authority, but i am sorry i didn't get any response from any authority

                    Its todays incident Me and my friend went to KFC located at city center, kolkata.
                    there was no crowed as it was mid day near about 1:30 pm.we had our food and there after a lady came to us and asked us to fill the feed back forms.mean while we were filling the form an kfc executive named Suman came to us and said to make a fast move in a very rude way like `` hello you two.. the food is finished, now make a fast move from here``.I didn`t expected this misbehaviour from KFC, though i am a weelky visitor there.after that i asked for the duty officer for complaining about him and he said``tell me whatever you want to say, i m the officer-in-charge here and i am everythin.now, get off from here or i have to pull you out``.
                    Now, i have decided not to visit KFC any more...

                      subject: worked in kfc but did'nt not receive proper pay

                      hello,
                      i joined in kfc feltham on 6-nov-2009.After one Week, Feltham manager Mr.Arun Sent me to Ashford KFc And I worked there for one Week After that Ashford manager sent me back to Feltham KFC . I worked for one month in Feltham KFC.
                      totally i worked nearly 120 hours in KFC Branches.he did'nt took my bank account details even i supposed to give.when i requested for my pay, Mr.Arun has given only 11hours Pay For Me.
                      and I told This To Area Manager Regarding My Pay.He Told Me To call after Jan1st as he is in Leave at that time .
                      so I called him on 2-jan2010 and 3-jan 2010 and on 4-jan 2010 but he did'nt picked my phone.
                      Now am really in a critical financial crisis so please kindly look after my problem and at present i left that job.I don't have any other job now.
                      if possible kindly give me a job at any any other branches in london.

                      kfc in india Mumbai (powai branch) being in india why do the kfc powai branch play english music all the time.we stay in Amchi Mumbai with Desi stlye n Desi standard of living then why only English musice all the time. There should be mixure or Combination of Desi & English Music.This will not be tolerate in Mumbai we are making u aware n trying to get solution for it or if no action taken by ur company then v need to take some other step to stop all time playing English songs.

                      He worked in feltham KFC only 11hrs rest of the hour he worked for Ashford KFC. As a shift runner I advice him to talk to area manager about this matter. And I told him to talk to Ashford manager as well . Without informing us he left the job. With my request Feltham manager employ him. because he is my room mate. I told him during the training period you must show them how hard you take this job serious. he always come to work late and he never call to inform about that late. Mr. Arun ask me to train him because he is my mate he might feel comfortable with me. I am working in this KFC past 6years. As my shift runner my advice is you should obey the rule in work place and training period you should adjust your other programs with us. if you though work is important you shouldn't be late to work or call sick regularly. I can understand how hard is without job in this country but all is your fault not others.

                        AGREEMENT, SOFT COPY OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENT.

                        THIS AGREEMENT is made today as job is been offered to you between KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN of the one party and you as a second party.
                        For good consideration, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
                        ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

                        The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 5 consecutive Years; 5 years and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services.

                        ARTICLE 2: SALARY.
                        KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of GBP 8, 630.00(EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY GREAT BRITAIN PONDS) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                        The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN.
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of FOOD industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the FOOD may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                        1month at full pay.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the FOOD may terminate the Employee's employment, and the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our FOOD industry may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the FOOD industry requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the FOOD industry will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                        (a) The sale of substantially all of the FOOD industry assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                        (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the FOOD industry outstanding corporate shares; or
                        (c) The KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                        (d) The merger or consolidation of the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN with another FOOD Industry.
                        (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                        Should Employee die during the term of employment, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                        ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS.
                        . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.
                        . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
                        . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
                        appropriate.
                        . Life insurance Policy.
                        . Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing

                        ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
                        This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the FOOD Industry or any predecessor of the FOOD Industry and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                        ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.

Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination.. In addition, the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance.                         For good consideration, Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
                        ARTICLE 1 : CONTRACT PERIOD

                        The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 5 consecutive Years; 5 years and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services.

                        ARTICLE 2: SALARY
                        Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of GBP 8, 450.00(Eight thousand four Hundred and Fifty Great Britain Pounds) Basic Tax Inclusive monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                        The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                        1month at full pay.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination.. In addition, the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                        (a) The sale of substantially all of the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                        (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK outstanding corporate shares; or
                        (c) The Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                        (d) The merger or consolidation of Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK with another Fashion and Design Industry UK.
                        (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                        Should Employee die during the term of employment, Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                        ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

                        This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK or any predecessor of the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                        ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                        Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK (or any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                        ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                        The Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK successors and assignees.

                        ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                        This instrument is the entire agreement of the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.

                        ARTICLE15: VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT
                        Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Travel Agent to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Travel Agent here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project. Due to personal security reasons do not ask us to give you the contact address of any of our already employed applicant.                         For good consideration, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
                        ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

                        The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 5 consecutive Years; 5 years and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services.

                        ARTICLE 2: SALARY.
                        KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of GBP 8, 630.00(EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY GREAT BRITAIN PONDS) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                        The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN.
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of FOOD industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the FOOD may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                        1month at full pay.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the FOOD may terminate the Employee's employment, and the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our FOOD industry may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the FOOD industry requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the FOOD industry will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                        (a) The sale of substantially all of the FOOD industry assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                        (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the FOOD industry outstanding corporate shares; or
                        (c) The KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                        (d) The merger or consolidation of the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN with another FOOD Industry.
                        (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                        Should Employee die during the term of employment, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                        ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS.
                        . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.
                        . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
                        . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
                        appropriate.
                        . Life insurance Policy.
                        . Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing

                        ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
                        This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the FOOD Industry or any predecessor of the FOOD Industry and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                        ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                        Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the KFC United Kingdom (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                        ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                        The KFC’S rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the KFC Successors and assignees.

                        ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                        This instrument is the entire agreement of the KFC and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.
                        ARTICLE15:VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT.
                        Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Travel Agent to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Travel Agent here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project. Due to personal security reasons do not ask us to give you the contact address of any of our already employed applicant.                         The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of FOOD industry, and, during this employment,

                        will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage.

                        Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active

                        involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

                        to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive,

                        and the FOOD may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition,

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month,

                        the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work.

                        However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the FOOD may terminate

                        the Employee's employment, and the Burger King UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our FOOD industry may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the

                        FOOD industry requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date

                        of termination. In addition, the FOOD industry will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes

                        and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to

                        the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall

                        not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                        (a) The sale of substantially all of the FOOD industry assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                        (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the FOOD industry outstanding corporate shares; or
                        (c) The Burger King UK decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                        (d) The merger or consolidation of the Burger King UK with another FOOD Industry.
                        (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                        Should Employee die during the term of employment, Burger King UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due

                        the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement

                        is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Burger King United Kingdom

                        (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                        ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                        The BURGER KING’S rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Burger King Successors and assignees.

                        ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                        This instrument is the entire agreement of the Burger King and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written

                        ARTICLE15:VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT.
                        Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Travel Agent to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first

                        month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must

                        have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Travel Agent here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement

                        for easy acquisition of employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project. Due to personal security

                        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the KFC United Kingdom (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                        ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                        The KFC’S rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the KFC Successors and assignees.

                        ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                        This instrument is the entire agreement of the KFC and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.
                        ARTICLE15:VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT.
                        Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Travel Agent to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Travel Agent here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project. Due to personal security reasons do not ask us to give you the contact address of any of our already employed applicant.                         The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 5 consecutive Years; 5 years and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services.

                        ARTICLE 2: SALARY.
                        KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of GBP 8, 630.00(EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY GREAT BRITAIN PONDS) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                        The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN.
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of FOOD industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the FOOD may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                        1month at full pay.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the FOOD may terminate the Employee's employment, and the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our FOOD industry may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the FOOD industry requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the FOOD industry will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                        (a) The sale of substantially all of the FOOD industry assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                        (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the FOOD industry outstanding corporate shares; or
                        (c) The KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                        (d) The merger or consolidation of the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN with another FOOD Industry.
                        (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                        Should Employee die during the term of employment, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                        ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS.
                        . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.
                        . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
                        . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed
                        appropriate.

                        ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.

Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN.
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of FOOD industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the FOOD may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                        1month at full pay.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the FOOD may terminate the Employee's employment, and the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our FOOD industry may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the FOOD industry requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the FOOD industry will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                        (a) The sale of substantially all of the FOOD industry assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                        (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the FOOD industry outstanding corporate shares; or
                        (c) The KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                        (d) The merger or consolidation of the KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN with another FOOD Industry.
                        (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                        Should Employee die during the term of employment, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the KFC United Kingdom (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                        ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                        The KFC’S rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the KFC Successors and assignees.

                        ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                        This instrument is the entire agreement of the KFC and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.
                        ARTICLE15:VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT.
                        Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Travel Agent to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Travel Agent here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project.                         The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                        Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                        Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination.. In addition, the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                        (a) The sale of substantially all of the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                        (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK outstanding corporate shares; or
                        (c) The Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;

                        (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                        ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                        Should Employee die during the term of employment, Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                        ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                        Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK (or any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                        ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                        The Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK successors and assignees.

                        ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                        This instrument is the entire agreement of the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.

The contact numbers and emails they submitted are out o[censored]se at this time, we are currently battling this case with their various embassies in London and the case is on hearing at the London City Crown Court.

                        For this reason, the Management Board revised her International Recruitment Policies which entails that all Job applicants MUST bear all travel costs and on arrival to London, present receipts of payments made and will be reimbursed accordingly.                         5. REIMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, HEALTH CHECKUP & OTHER EXPENSES

                        All expenses made by Job applicants will be fully reimbursed on arrival to London or if applicants meet all Immigration requirements, we will send the Salary & Reimbursement application Forms for applicants to complete and return to our Accounts department for approval. Once approved, we will authorize our Bank to transfer funds to any Bank Account designated by such an applicant.


                        6. JOB DESCRIPTION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FEEDING

                        All details pertinent to this Job Offer, duties and responsibilities will be made available to applicants on arrival to London for the Orientation/ Training Program.

                        However, Hotel reservations/ Accommodation and Feeding will be our full responsibility.

Check their office in google map, from that you will not see the address what they have given, so it is a fraud offer. pl's do not give any money to them or join them.                         Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                        ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                        Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK discretion from time to time.

                        ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK
                        The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                        ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                        In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                        ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                        Without cause. Our Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination.. In addition, the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance.                         ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                        Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                        ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                        If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK (or any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                        ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                        The Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK successors and assignees.

                        ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                        This instrument is the entire agreement of the Marks and Spencer Fashion and Design UK and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.

                        ARTICLE15: VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT
                        Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Legal Adviser to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Legal Adviser here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee travelling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project. Due to personal security reasons do not ask us to give you the contact address of any of our already employed applicant. If you want to confirm the authenticity of the job offered to you please do well to call the office for verification.

                        ARTICLE16: you are to note that our property and our documents remain the same all over the Globe/Universe for easy Identification.

                        Order failed at web but refund not received

                        On 26/05/2016 order got failed twice and money got debited but as promised i was suppose to get back my refund in 5-6 working days. Its been over a month i haven't received my cashback yet.

                          i was at the broomall kfc/taco bell at 7pm thurs was told it would be an hour wait many people already complaining and many people left. i was there about a month ago on a monday evening at 8pm and waited 45 min i was told it had been busy that night
