My name is Sujith and am an honest customer since 15 years with KFC, On 27th evening I ordered a classic zinger box which got delayed more than 7 mins and as per the rules and norms I received a message quoted u will b served with a free Chicken which I went to claim the Shift Manager replied it would be an system error, the check No of my order is 19752, again on the next with the same issue I enquired to the shift manager Mr Dinesh who didn't attended properly and behaved unattended made me wait for 1 hour for the solution or the free pickup as I had visited again with an order on 28th also. Mr Dinesh replied to talk to the GM Mr Manish and gave me the number but Mr Manish did not attended my call to whom I continuously tried 10 times to his personal mobile provided by Mr Dinesh. This was a worst experience how bad is the impact upon me which I never expected from KFC, Mr Manish mobile number is [protected]. Am a defence personnel not in to a conflict with the brand but the care and response given by both the dignitaries of the KFC store was worst and didn't deliver me the promise of a free Chicken was again denied. I am quoting a big delay of 30 hours for delivering a chicken piece denied and still pending, finally I wanted to know how the company going to compensate this as I had received the message from KFC quoting the delay and the reward as whatsoever.
