KFC India — Delivery order

I have placed an order for peri peri chicken stripes, zinger doubles and dips on KFC ONLINE WEBSITE, i was given the expected delivery time within an hour, I have waited for whole 2 hours before calling the customer care service about the order status, for which he mentioned that I was to expect the call from the delivery agent within 5 mins, but there was none, tried calling customer care service again, but to no avail. Now I logged a complaint, have to see if I will receive the refund. Worst food experience so far.
