KFC India — Delivery Service

It is regarding the Dharamshala branch of KFC, I don't know whether they have only two riders or more. But whenever I order a delivery, I always recieve my package after an hour. And today was the limit when even after one hour my package was not dispatched from the store. I had a call with the manager also and he was giving blant excuses. I request you to kindly improve the delivery pattern of the brand.
