KFC India — duplicate bill

Hi team,

Request a duplicate bill for the kfc order as per below details, contacted the store manager and he straight away denied providing the same. How can the restaurant not have a database of the same made. This is something which doesn't have a cost involved and would like to have a duplicate copy please
