KFC India — Gift voucher

I was trying to purchase a gift voucher of 250 from kfc android mobile application.
I have paid rs.250 fro paytm (Paytm wallet txn id : [protected])
My amount has been deducted but i didn't receive any voucher.
Billdesknut order : jpt[protected].
