I made an order from the KFC app on 15 May, I made the payment via Paytm for total amount of ₹1013, the payment was successfully made but when I went back to the app, it showed that there was no order been placed so I called the helpline number regarding the issue, they said they will file a complaint and I will receive my refund within 4 to 7 days but now it’s already been 10 days and I haven’t received my refund yet. so I called the helpline number again today they say that a customer service executive will call me in 20 to 30 minutes but I waited for two hours and nobody called me back so I called the customer helpline number again and they help me with an executive phone number asking me to call there if I did not receive a callback . So I waited and called the number, but the person said it was a wrong number so I called the helpline number again and the other representative help me with another phone number to call but it’s wrong number again. So now who am I supposed to contact and how am I Supposed to get my refund? This is not the first time that I am facing this problem. I have faced this problem multiple times and it’s always the same. I want my refund as soon as possible. I want this issue resolved. Or I’ll have to do it my way to resolve this.
