I received sms that your order is placed and pickup is ready from kfchk(hongkong) and i lived in India how can i order something from kfc hongkong .. i didn't order anything from kfc

I have ordered a strips bucket from KFC and it is not showing in my app. But the money is debited from me. The product is still in my cart.

I have tried calling their customer support multiple times and there is no response.

I received messages that my order is ready even if I didn't order, I don't even live in the city....

Actually, I was online ordered around 1-2pm in Swiggy to KFC chicken. I received order but package was spitted and I ordered the peri peri chicken is not in good condition or half boiled chicken too. And the fried chicken that flour layer also not baked good and taste also . I paid for whatever amount you mention there but why food quality to worst.. please give cost of good food .. at last I through the food in dustbin.

I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number at kfc store Delhi- Rajouri garden
I paid via upi mode via paytm here payment debited but order not placed.

Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.

On 14th July at 9:25 p.m. and 9:29 p.m. I attempted to place orders for the amount of Rs. 1845.25 through the display via UPI payment.
Both times the transaction was successful and money was deducted but the order didn't go through.
I immediately received a WhatsApp message stating a refund had been initiated and was given two reference numbers to contact the bank for any issues. The bank isn't able to help me and I'm not able...

I ordered 10 peri peri leg piece they said only 25 minute delay but they delivered 1 hour later...

I had the worst experience of my life in the kfc store of sealdah... The staffs are just ###... They don't even know how to talk to the CUSTOMERs, whenever you order something they have only one answer, it's not there, it will take 1 hour of time to prepare, then why have you opened the shop for?? Those ### don't even know how to talk !! If the employees are like this then you guys are doomed kfc... Either fire them or ask...

Dear sir,
I had ordered 2 chicken krisper burgers worth rs 517 for total through upi payment mode on kfc app on date 18 nov 2022 for online delivery but after ordering the order doesn't get delivered.
After that i got a call from kfc that the order will not be get delivered bcoz the address is out of range area from then I still following up for refund but no response from any of the kfc merchant...

I have received 3 messages, CP-KFCCHK, VK-KFCCHK, CP-KFCIND, stating my pickup order will ready in so and so minutes and the last one came with a feedback link....

No signs of delivery. No rep called or came in to deliver the food. I have been calling their managers since last 3 weeks. They promised a refund in a week, however, its been more than 2 weeks since they processed the refund....

I ordered from the kfc app on 14th july...and i selected upi payment for that...so after the payment, the balance got deducted but in the app the order did mot confirm and the whole app got refreshed...i had to order again with a different phone...then it happened..please look into this matter

I placed an order on 7th July 2023 on kfc India app and my money got deducted without completing the order properly. I have been confirmed by 2 kfc customer service executive that my money has been deducted and but with technical glitch the order could not have been completed and I was assured that my money will be refunded within 7 days . Its been 7 days and I even talked with one kfc help desk executive with assurances about the refund...
