I tried placing order for smoky chicken 5 pcs thru kfc app on 12.12.2023 costing Rs 592/-.

The amount has been deducted but no confirmation was received for having placed the order. The transaction reflects transfer of Rs 592/- to Sapphire foods vide txn id[protected] thru Paytm.

      On 24th of November 2023 | had ordered from the Kfc app for the total sum of 8509.03. after filling my payment information, they redirected me to the payment page after after the completion of my payment of 1509.03, I came back to my Kfc app to view my order, but my order wasn't placed. I spoke to the Kfc consultant in the Kfc store regarding my issue and he told me he will help me with my refund. It's been seven days still I haven't received my refund.
      Please process my refund at the soonest. hoping Kfc to do the needful. My contact number is [protected]. And my alternative contact number is [protected]. Thank you. Ruben.

            I visited this place and ordered a tandoori chicken burger, As I visit this place with the same order, I was quiet surprise to see a big piece of onion in it. And also i bite few bones while eating as well. The staff also did not behave properly.
            All the items i received were already cooked at-least 2-3 hrs before as i could see wrinkles on the burger as soon as i got served. The only thing which was good is the coke because it came from a machine.

              I am Mr. Sangam Tayade resident of Mumbai, India, and regular customer of KFC since more than 15 years and loved the food served at KFC,

              Recently I have visited Goa, India and at MOPA airport, Goa found some discriminate treatment and also some of regular food buckets were not there e.g Buckets 12 pease, apart from regular food not served there.

              Hi, I ordered chicken nuggets and burger from KFC Ardee mall Gurugram on 5th nov 2023 for amount of 403rs the money got debited from the credit card and ordered not placed from the instore machine due to time-out, the same escalated to the KFC staff they said we will get refund in 2days but I didn’t get any refund till 10th nov they shared a no. +[protected] And told to share the details I shared the same but after I didn’t get any response and even not picking my call (when I call from other no. They are responding) after two days I called to KFC store now they shared other no +[protected] and told me share the details and I shared the details on 14th nov but after that when I called him he is not picking my call and if I message also they are not responding. I didn’t expect this type of response from a reputed organisation like KFC.

              Please take strict action on the concern people and Tell them to respond at least to costumers and help me to get my refund as early as possible.

                We visited KFC, CMR CENTRAL, MADDILAPALEM.VIZAG today and had a very bad experience with staff.
                They took order and served less quality of food and also not able to serve french fries, which were included in the order. and they replaced it with another item. Chicken quality was also very bad and they served long time stored food.
                there is no complaint box noticed.
                All things happen in India only and very difficult to take action against them.

                  KFC Delhi airport

                  Undercooked, raw, rotten meat, disgusting taste.

                  Took 1 bite and was nearly sick, the smell of the meat was off and got this confirmed by another customer who was with me at the time. They also tried the meat and said the same.

                    I ordered 10 pieces of Hot and Crispy chicken from KFC's Wednesdays' offer yesterday(08/11/2023) through KFC app. But i only received 8 pieces instead of 10. two pieces was missing from it. I tried registering complaint by contacting it's customer care but they did not solve the issue. I tried to contact the branch directly but they are not picking up the call. I would like to receive a refund for the above issue or a compensation or any other remedy deemed to be fit.

                          This happened at Kfc Orion Avenue Mall counter near Banaswadi, Bangalore at around Sunday 8 pm, 5th November 2023

                          When I went to the counter to place my order, the staff even though they noticed me standing in front of them wont guide or tell me how to because I had a gift card and when I told about it he wouldn't listen to me.

                          There was a automated machine next to the counter which was used to place order and was being operated by a staff person but even he wouldn't guide me and it took almost some 10 mins to get the order placed and even after placing the order, the person at the counter wont give me the bill as an act of arrogance.

                          Then finally I had to lose cool and raise my voice and since order was already delayed I asked them to get it at the table but they wouldn't and I was livid completely and soon the mall staff had to intervene so I politely told them to ask the kfc staff to get the order at the table as a kind gesture since I waited for almost half an hour (30 mins) now and felt all the more harassed by the staff but still they wouldn't.

                          These people should understand that the Customer is King and not their slave and if he felt unhappy at the delay in service and complained about it, and even though it was self service, they should at least get the order to his table as a kind gesture out of courtesy that they made him wait so long patiently and loose his cool else it's like harassing the customer, all of which is pathetic Customer service.

                          I have recorded the incident on my mobile and can even provide the video of it if required

                          Kindly request to take action on the concerned people at the counter including the mall staff and managers who intervened and were of no good.

                              I had order from my kfc ahmedabad alpha one mall and paid through upi it has been 2 hrs and counting and still there is no track of my order the application is still showing ordered delivered but have not recieved anything till now called the customer care but its only taking my call forwarding and no executive is recieving the call
                              The kfc guy called me and said he has delivered the order and given to the shadofx guy who deivers the parcel and he has taken the order and the tracker on the application is not showing any movement it means have been fraud by the kfc guy or the delivery guy
                              Please look in to the matter as your earliest because this is the second time I have been experiencing this type of approach from the kfc.

                                I had done an order for 490₹ at KFC Dharamshala, Himachal through Google pay. I completed the payment successfully but the cashier said they had not received the payment. They told me I'd get a refund soon but had no idea about how. Additionally through their talks it looked like they had accidentally pressed the cancel button and didn't know how to proceed now. (I may be incorrect about the last sentence)
