The franchise of kfc india, new friends colony, new delhi, they told me today that they already gave me the refund but, it is not showing in in my bank account, as they said within seven days the refund amount will be credited but today is 8th day and i still don't get my refund and they are saying that there finance department already gave the refund

bro same thing happened to me its been 25 days now no refund

    Hi,

    On 18th of May 2024, I have ordered food through KFC app (Please see attached order details below). The order took so long (almost 2 hours) still it is not delivered. I have visited KFC Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore branch for enquiry and they said there is some technical and human error issue. They said they will prepare the order and give it to me at that time. Which was not fair I have ordered for a home delivery, and they are providing me a takeaway without any prior information. Finally, the conversation ended with a promise of providing the full refund for the order and as well as the ordered items will be given to me at no cost. After that there is no response from the KFC regarding the refund. Kindly look into the issue and get this resolved.

      Got no food but took my money and is not responding

      I ordered from KFC app on 15th May 2024 at 7:45pm. I can't understand the status of my order as it shows your order is on the way in track order section but when I go to the order lookup it shows order completed at 8:27pm. When I try to contact the restaurant or even the KFC toll free number none of them were connecting. I ordered cash on delivery so no money was deducted but I had done prepaid order what would have happened to the money?? What is KFC India doing??

        I placed an order for Dine-in on official KFC website today at 4.30PM to my nearest KFC store (i.e., No 89/2B, Madavilagam Nazarethpattai, PN 46, Chennai Bangalore Hwy, Ponnamalle, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu 600124) It took me to payment gateway along with my personal details, it requested me to pay the final amount of Rs. 479.01/- and I paid the amount on my UPI (Google Pay), then I was directed to a page where it said "Confirming your order....

          I Went to KFC FCC2F17, CPD 48, 2nd Floor, Pacific Mall, Mathura Road Sarita Vihar New Delhi - 110044 on 26 April 2024. I ordered my food through kfc app for pick up at 8:30 PM (UPI Ref No:[protected]. My money from the bank got deducted but order was not placed on the store.
          I spoke to the store employee (Mr. Dinesh), He answered me that it is showing "payment failed" on their server and the money would be returned back to the account...

            Hello i placed an order online for delivery through the KFC app at 8:00 PM on 1st May, 2024 from the KFC store at Raj Nagar Extension and paid through GPAY
            The Order Number was K455A03637 and it was for Wednesday special 12 strips +4 dips . The amount paid upfront was INR 407 .
            Now kindly understand my situation, I live in a hostel where the curfew is 11:00. We are not allowed to receive food inside the gate after that period...

            Visited KFC Cooch Behar on 27th April 2024 at approximately 9-11 PM to order something as Take Away. Interestingly in this sweltering heat the AC's were off and it was like a Mosquito park, it was literally filled up with few hundreds of mosquitos buzzing everywhere and one couldn't sit still for a moment. When the personnel was asked by me why the AC's were off he pipped that they were on and a second later on realizing the truth he switched them on though at that time thetebwere at least 20 to 25 customers dining in and more coming in.
            Hyguenic environment is expected in KFC definitely but that was what was/is lacking. Needs serious supervision.

              I have ordered food from kfc online dated 29 April. My money got deducted but the order was not placed. I have yet not received any update for my refund. Please refund my money. The order amount was 1042.99 indian rupees.

                    I placed an order for KFC online, but due to technical issues, it was delivered to the wrong address, despite providing the correct one. The payment of 1778 was deducted from my bank account. I promptly called KFC to cancel the order since the address was incorrect. They assured me the order was canceled and that the deducted amount would be refunded within a few days. However, it's been over four days, and I still haven't received the refund. Please help me to refund the amount.

                            After several complaints through Swiggy and even on KFC's social media, I have not been refunded for the missing item. This is not the first time this has happened and is illegal because according to consumer laws, the restaurant has failed to deliver the item I have already paid for.
