Dear all

On this Christmas went to KFC outlet ( Seawoods Mall Navi Mumbai) i asked for a bottle of water from Counter staff they charged me 50 INR just for 1 bottle while central government officials announced no one is allowed to sell minirals water bottle (1LTR ) more than INR 20
But i am shocked they also have me bill for the same .. as proof i can attach bill too...

KFC claims to accept and advertisie partnership with Sodexo but in reality the outlets don't accept the Sodexo cards eg in Ambiance mall outlet near cyber city gurgaon, outlet in huda City centre metro station, in sector 14 gurgaon and in city centre Mall mg road. The representatives behave very rudely and unprofessionally about Sodexo card payment and shun the customers as if the food is being given for free through Sodexo....

Date of the incident - 5 October 2022
It has been over 1 month now since my prepaid order was cancelled. I still haven't received refund in my bank acc. Order was cancelled by your outlet on Oct 5.
KFC twitter has stopped responding to my DMs.

I placed an order through the kfc app on 4th november but my order was not placed but the money was deducted.I paid using upi. I went to the nearest kfc and discussed on this matter, they told me that my money will be refunded in the next 48 hours but that never happened i even tried to contact kfc through their customer care number but it was of no use.I request you to resolve my issue asap...

I did a order through kfc app on 5th nov 2022 and selected debit/credit card method for the payment and payed through credit card 730 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.
I need refund for the same ASAP....

It is regarding the Dharamshala branch of KFC, I don't know whether they have only two riders or more. But whenever I order a delivery, I always recieve my package after an hour. And today was the limit when even after one hour my package was not dispatched from the store. I had a call with the manager also and he was giving blant excuses. I request you to kindly improve the delivery pattern of the brand....

My name is Nayan Bawanthade from Amravati Maharashtra . today (12/10/22 ) I went to one of your store in Amravati situated in Tapadia city center. I placed my order on 9:20pm about 3 buckets and 8 cold drinks of around 2463 rupees. The staff has given me my order 1hr late . That's not the only problem the people who had given the order after me gets their food delivered early than me . I mean what is this behaviour this is not acceptable...

The date of the incident is 24th Aug 2022. When I entered sector-71, M3M broadway Gurgaon, I was directed to a KIOSK to order. I ordered and made a payment of Rs953 via Paytm UPI. The amount got deducted and my order was not given to me saying the order got failed and I have to pay again. I was assured the paid amount will be refunded in 10 days. Ordered food through the online app (Kfc online food delivery app) and i paid money through google pay (Yum restaurant private limited)
The online transaction was successful but the order did not proceed. It just says the order is still in your cart
I did not get my delivery / the order was not prossessed.
But i lost money.
This is cheating. Refund my money of Rs.712...

I have purchase KFC chicken through Swiggy and paid 700+ for the same. Received the 8 pieces with excess salt and raised a complaint with Swiggy and they are providing only 154/- as compensation. I have visited kfc restaurant for the solution and they have denied and said that if the product delivered through swiggy then they can't provide any service or refund/replace. The entire 8 pieces was thrown at KFC 09 Panchkula in front of outlet...

Highly surprised by the customer support given to me for my repeated mails to feedback team.

For your information - I ordered from KFC, Kapil towers, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad on Sunday evening -14th aug, 2022 from KFC app, but I did not receive my order at all, neither anyone informed me, even I tried calling kfc many times on given number, also I raised complaint through mail to [protected]@yum.com, but till now not addressed...

I order KFC on August 16, 2022. While ordering KFC from App the payment got deducted from my bank account but i dont see any order details, so i contacted customer care and they said there was a technical issue. What the heck. So i ask them for refund and they say itll take 7 to 12 days. What the heck, deduction was just in a blink of an eye and refund is like gonna take forever.
