[Resolved]  KFC India — happay failed online transactions in kfc app - cash deducted but order not placed

Address: 603103

I faced failed transactions (Due to error) over kfc app which was initiated on 14th feb 2020. Attached the payment error message.

The amount was deducted but order was not confirmed, i again ordered and again the payment was deducted and order was not confirmed.

Totally three times the amount was deducted from my hdfc happay food card.

Order total: inr 601.50 + 601.50 + 601.50 = 1804.50/-

I'm waiting for more than 15days but no updates and even no proper response from refunds team after multiple follow-ups.
